Trained in the Accord Group University in France, in the French business school ESSEC (luxury specialisation) and with an Executive MBA from INALDE Colombia, Benoit Delgrange has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector. During 28 years he worked for the Accord Hotels and Sofitel Luxury Hotels in France, Africa (Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Mali, Tanzania) and South America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia) where he has been the General Manager of the most prestigious hotels such as the Sofitel Rio de Copacabana or the legendary Sofitel Santa Clara in Cartagena.
At the end of 2013, after having invested in two projects in Colombia in which he managed the operation and the strategy, Benoit has decided to create Hotels Properties Services to make the most of its experience and to innovate in the region with team of experts. . Nowadays Be Iconic directs with success various properties in Bogota, Medellin, Cartagena and the Caribbean region and offers several investment opportunities.

Be Asset Management is Be Iconic’s division in charge of the monitoring and the maintenance of assets for the hospitality industry. We are a bridge between the partners, the operator and/or the directive team of the hotel. We visit the team regularly and work together to check the good practices, the physical status of the product and the respect of quality norms in all the chain of service.
We report to the board meetings the advances and the results in formats that everyone can understand.
